Last week I went to Women, Wine and Shoes, a charity event that benefits Children’s Cancer Center, with my friend Ashley, her mom and a few of her girlfriends. The event was a perfect ladies night out! There were lots of bubbles, wine, shopping and bidding. How could you not bid or make a purchase and feel grateful for such an amazing event that raises money for children and their families that are currently going through such a difficult time. As someone that has had cancer, I know how difficult cancer is on a person and everyone that knows them, but I cannot even begin to image what it must be like to be a child or have your child go through it. It was incredibly difficult to keep a dry eye and watch the kids walk down the runway and talk about what they would do to be brave during their treatments. Needless to say, this will be an event I will go to and donate to every year.
That night I had planned to wear a dress I bought from premme, but when I put it on, it was a little big around the chest area(typical) and the straps kept falling down. I was not about to spend the evening fighting my dress so I decided to wear an asos dress that I was saving for cooler weather. Fortunately, it worked out and I saved my premme dress for another night after I get it altered(I go to Dorkas on Kennedy if you’re in the South Tampa area). I paired my dress(that is unfortunately sold out) with my gold YSL tribute heals, YSL purse and curled my hair with the 1.5 T3 hair wand.
